Today at Twelve midday I went to the Pick n Pay Brackenhurst to buy some rolls.On arrival I found a B lack lady complaining that she is awaiting the Manager as she has been waiting in the queue for so long to be served but being ignored in preferance to White customers.On arrival, Derrick the manager went to the employees to ask them what the problem was instead of addressing the issue of the Black lady who had an issue with poor service or the lack thereof. The employees on the fear of seing Derrick, rushed to serve the White customers sidelining this Black lady and in the process there was commotion.I intervened by telling the staff to stop and serve the customer that had been waiting for long time and I also approached Derrick , asked him if he is the manager and if he can provide me with his name as I intend to report him for poor management.He refused to give his name and stated further that he is not the Manager for the Bakery section.

I HAVE BEEN HARAASED BY EDGARS/HOLLARD CALL CENTRE STAFF FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS. THEY FIRST CALLED ME 2012/03/29 AT 9:07 IN THE MORNING TO ASK IF I WANTED INSURANCE TO WHICH I SAID NO. SINCE THEN I AM BEING HARRASSED, I GET CALLS EVERY 45 MINUTES, THE LATEST IS THE STUPID WOMEN PHONES AND DROPS THE PHONE IN MY EAR, I HAD FRIENDS ANSWER MY PHONE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS. WAHT'S GOING TO HAPPEN NOW IS I AM GOING TO MAKE AN HARRASSMENT CASE AGAINST THEM ONE INDIAN LADY, NAMED KARESHNY OR SOMETHING AND THEN ANOTHER LADY ALSO INDIAN. I DO NOT APPRECIATE FEELING THREATEND BY INCOPETENT PEOPLE WHO THINKS IT'S FUNNY. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS COMPUTER GENERATED AS I GET THESE CALLS EVERY OTHER HALF HOUR AND THEN OTHER 45 MIN AFTER.
