    Hi am having a problem from last year i had a contract with cell c,the contract was suppose to finish on the july and i wasnt interested to do upgrades.i discoverd that there s someone who did upgrades on mybehalf.last year cell c did investigation but they didn't sort out my problem even today am still having a problem....call centers cant help

    I don't think I will ever commit myself with cell c ever again coz I had a contract with them 2 years back and know they still deduct some cash in my account when I call/ phone them they tell me that I tuck a upgrade witch I don't know anything about it so me and cell c are done

    cell c services is bad they not deliver what they promised their clients' I bought a phone and I used it for 3days it had factory fold I took it back they said it will take 7days they will repair it..I don't have a phone even today, I go to the shop everyday to enquire when I get there they say will call head office and ask...I think I need my refund go some where and buy another phone

    On 29th June 2015 at 14:12 pm, I confirmed a case number that was not correct according to the Insurance. I called Sandton Police station and the call was answered after the 3rd ring. The friendly lady then said that the number was indeed wrong and put me through to the accident section. Another lady picked up within 4 rings and search for the number with my car registration. I got my case number within 18 seconds. Total call duration 1minute 20 seconds. Sandton Police station your are doing a great job and can be proud of yourselves. Thank you very much.

    Hello my name is Sabatha Madlanga I'm in KZN I have a very big and serious complaint about one of your staff member who is in a new branch in Durban Smith Street. Her name is Pamela shangase she was allocated to serve me on the 8th of June 2015 on Monday she was not on the station when she was supposed to serve me busy with her child and I had to shout for help and after 3 minutes somebody called her for me she didn't apologise to me for not being in the station to serve me I told her that I'm here to change ownership and that I will need another decoder for an extra view. She told me to chose the date for the payment I said to her end of every month she insisted I must chose the date, I then said but the month sometimes and on the 30th or 40th she again said I said chose the date I eventually said OK 31st, she then said we don't have 31st we have 28 and something something she gave me 3 dates to chose from I then felt like now she is making me a fool because she should have told me from the beginning about their options of dates and she said that's what she is telling all the customers I was so furious about this up until she decided to call her supervisor Thandi who then realise that she was wrong and Thandi apologised on behalf of the company and thank u Thandi for that because this one did not see a need to apologise instead she went on and on arguing with me and I was so furious because I could se she was making me a fool now I want the video clip of that conversation and I want her to be disciplined accordingly and I would love the branch manager to call me and explain to me what is this called for the new client to be treated like this

    SUCH POOR SERVICE FORM CELL C , I APPLIED FOR A NEW PHONE CONTRACT ON THE 19TH OF MAY AND WAS BEING ASSISTED BY WELCOME THWALA , AND I SENT JIM ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT WAS REQUESTED AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS APPORVED AND MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN , THEN I FOLLOWED UP TO FIND OUT , THEN I WAS TOLD THAT WELCOME MADE A MISTAKE ON THE APPLICATION AND HE HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, THEN MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED BY LAST WEEK ALREADY AND STILL THAT WAS NOT DONE, NO FEEDBACK FROM CELLC , AND THEN TODAY I CALL THE CLL CENTRE NUMBER 084145 AND IM TOLD THAT MY PHONE IS STILL IN THE VALIDATION DEPARTMENT AND THEY WANT A CERTIFIED COPY OF ID ,IF I DINT CALL AGAIN I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN BECAUSE CELL C DOESNT GIVE FEED BACK ON THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
