    A very inconsiderate neighbour, not only do they spy on their adjacent neighbours with 360deg cctv cameras, but they do not respond to alerts about their electric fence shorting out and making a noise ALL WEEK END and when said neighbours take their own measures to restore peace they just remove the measures and leave the fence to continue making a noise!!!!!!
